The Whole Hog

Do you love BACON? Do you have a growing family to feed?  Extra space in the freezer?  If so, you should consider buying  a whole or half pig.  This is the most economical way to purchase pork.   A whole pig averages 170-190 pounds of delicious pork.  We take the finished pig to a USDA inspected facility to have the meat processed and packaged.  The meat is vacuum sealed and labeled and you have the ability to choose the types of cuts you want.  For example, you can order bone-in, 1" thick pork chops, 4 chops to a package or you can choose to have the whole loin.  The prices are based on "hanging weight," which is approximately 70% to 72% of live weight.  We strive to take pigs for processing at 250 to 275 pounds live weight.  If you are interested, please email, text or call us and we would be happy to answer any questions and take your order!

 

 

What's For Dinner

Running late and need to think of something quick for dinner?  Need a ham for Easter?  Are you thinking about smoking some ribs or a pork shoulder for a backyard BBQ?  We sell packaged pork products individually sealed and labeled (just like at your local grocery store.)  The bacon and sausage tastes like the kind your grandparents remember.  Just call, text or email your order and we can arrange for pickup or delivery.

 

 

 

Pay-As-They-Grow

Are you interested in purchasing a half or whole pig and would like to pay for it over the course of several months?  We have a program in which you can pay a $100 deposit and then pay $50 (for a half pig) or $100 (for a whole pig) monthly as they grow (usually for seven months.) We will invoice you monthly. Utilizing this program makes us more than farmer and consumer, but actual partners in raising the pigs!  If you think this might be for you, please email, text or call!
